The PneumoPatch™ V is a vented occlusive chest wound dressing that can be quickly applied to all penetrating chest wounds, even by inexperienced providers. The gel-based adhesive provides excellent chest wall adhesion and performs extremely well, even on clammy chests. The PneumoPatch™ V’s gel adhesive will also increase its chest wall adhesion efficacy, the longer it remains on the chest. This is especially useful when transit times to a field hospital are delayed due to combat activity.
