How to Use this Vietnamese Coffee Dripper Open the upper lid and remove the pressing plate. Put coffee inside the coffee dripper. Insert pressing plate and lightly tighten (tighten more for stronger brew, less for weaker). Fill to just one third and wait 1 -2 minutes. Tighten pressing plate slightly for stronger brew. Pour remaining amount of hot water and wait for coffee to drip through to cup. ** Ensure the pressing plate is not over tightened. The metal will expand once hot and the plate could become stuff. If this happens heat again to untighten.
