    Descrizione   Il mirto è un arbusto sempreverde originario del Mediterraneo. Cresce rigoglioso e rigoglioso nelle due isole sorelle, Sardegna e Corsica. In epoca romana, era sacro a Venere e considerato simbolo di gloria, prosperità e amore eterno. I fiori di mirto venivano spesso utilizzati nei banchetti nuziali come segno di buona fortuna.
